How do I book a transfer?

Request a quote by filling in the form on the Booking page with your travel details. Once the fare is accepted, your transfer will be confirmed in an email.


Which areas do you cover?

Transfers are available to and from major airports such as Milan Malpensa Airport, Milan Linate Airport, Orio al Serio International Airport, Venice Marco Polo Airport, Verona Villafranca Airport, and Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, as well as between cities, hotels, resorts, and popular destinations including Lake Garda, Trentino, and the Dolomites.


How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible is recommended, especially during the winter ski season and holidays. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.


What does the price include?

The price includes:

  • Private door-to-door service
  • Fuel, tolls, and taxes
  • Luggage and ski equipment
  • Waiting time for reasonable delays

No hidden fees.


What does NCC stands for?

NCC (Noleggio Con Conducente) is the official Italian license for private chauffeur services. It guarantees a qualified driver, a fully insured vehicle, and a service regulated by national authorities—a superior level to taxis or ride-sharing.


Where will I meet you at the airport?

I will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. I’ll also contact you directly before pickup via WhatsApp.


What happens if my flight is delayed?

No problem — I track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost (within reasonable limits).


Is the service private or shared?

All transfers are completely private. You will not share the vehicle with other passengers.


How many passengers can you take?

Up to 7 passengers, depending on luggage. Please let me know your group size and luggage wen booking.


How much luggage can I bring?

Standard luggage is included. Ski and snowboard equipment are welcome — just mention it in advance so I can ensure enough space.


Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost.


Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Changes are free if made in advance. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.


Can you do multiple stops or custom routes?

Yes — I can adapt the journey to your needs (hotel stops, restaurants, scenic routes). Additional stops may affect the price.


Is it door-to-door service?

Yes. I will take you directly to your accommodation. In pedestrian-only areas common in the Dolomites, I will drop you as close as possible.


What is an Empty Leg?

An empty leg journey means that the vehicle has not been booked for both ways for pick-up and return journeys. Therefore, ‘one of the legs’ allows us to offer you discounted travel last minute. Available for 1-7 people per journey.


Do you drive in winter conditions?

Yes — the vehicle is a 4×4, fully equipped for winter in the Dolomites with winter tyres and snow chains when required, ensuring safe and reliable travel even in challenging conditions.
